THE STANDARD

WE RECRUIT PLAYERS WHO COVER GROUND.

Our four values are not a poster on the wall. They show up in how we play. We press, recover, and outwork

opponents for 90 minutes, and that starts with fitness.

THE STANDARD: 1.5 MILES IN 7:55

The is what we train toward. It not a punishment. It is the engine that makes our style of play possible.

If you want to run a team off the field, you have to be able to run.

The standard does not drop when you are tired.

Recovery runs that nobody notices, made for the man next to you.

The standard is present in our effort and our attitude in all aspect of life

We cover ground for each other.

YOUR GPA IS WORTH MONEY

Academics matters for two reasons. The first is your future after soccer. The second is your soccer career itself.

JBU awards academic scholarships based on your GPA or test scores, and those scholarships stack with athletic aid and financial aid.

The stronger your grades, the more academic money you can earn, and the more flexibility we have to build your full package.

Your transcript is part of your recruiting profile. Treat it that way.

WE ARE RECRUITING OUR BACKYARD.

We want more of the best players from Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding region wearing gold and navy.

Coach Williams has deep roots in the youth and pro game. He played professionally with the Charlotte Eagles, and New Mexico United,

and built the playing philosophy at Sporting Arkansas. He has direct relationships with the MLS NEXT clubs and coaches across the system.

If you're developing in that pathway, we already know your environment, and we are watching.

Our roster brings together players from dozens of countries. On our team, we speak one language: English. On the field, it means clear,

fast communication when it matters most. Off the field, it helps our international players build friendships, succeed in class, and feel at

home on campus faster.
